Delivery Information

We take great care in packaging and delivering every order.

• Processing Time: All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

• International Orders: We ship worldwide! Please note that customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

• Address Accuracy: Ensure your delivery address is correct before checkout — Nordic Trading Store is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Earrings and custom-made jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene and personalization reasons.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method or provide store credit if preferred.

Warranty

All Nordic Trading Store jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers issues such as broken clasps, loose stones, or faulty settings, but does not include damage from misuse, normal wear, or improper care.

If you experience any problem with your jewelry, contact our team — we’ll gladly repair or replace your piece under our warranty terms.
